Raquel Nikravesh is the Founder, President and Real Estate Agent of Raquel Realty. Founded in 1999 and has been a successful Real Estate firm primarily serving the Bay Area and Peninsula ever since. Originally native to Mexico, Raquel came from humble beginnings with her parents and 8 siblings. She attended her local high school and completed a vocational program earning herself a computer science degree. Raquel eventually relocated to the United States and became a U.S. citizen in 1996. Continuing her education, Raquel obtained her accounting degree from Canada College but it wasn’t long after that she realized her interest in real estate and obtained her real estate license in 1999. She began her career working with Remax for the next 3 years earning herself the Presidents Club and Executives Club awards. Interested in venturing out on her own, Raquel acquired her brokers license in 2007. Falling in love with Menlo Park California, Raquel and her husband purchased a home here and couldn’t imagine raising a family anywhere else. Raquel naturally became an expert in Menlo Park and neighboring cities where she and her family still reside.

Jennifer Davis is the Marketing & Business Development Manager for Raquel Realty only recently after hers and Raquel’s personal friendship blossomed, where the two recognized a mutual interest for growth. Jennifer’s background in client services extends over 15 years across numerous industries such as retail, investments, salon, fitness and now expanding into real estate. Her interest for personal development has help evolve her skillsets into understanding each industries intricacies and contributed to her passion for organizational growth. With Raquel Realty, Jennifer’s primary role is the management of daily operations and systems pertaining to marketing and business development.
